This song originally started as a project song to go with a commercial film of a company. Alas, the director thought the song was too happy for his film. But since happiness is a precious emotion I rewrote some of it and released it as a pop song.
Since my knowledge of French is abominable, the lyrics were written by a dear friend and excellent singer Catherine Mys. Yep, I had to rehearse a lot to get the French right. It even took me a while to really understand what I was singing, but Catherine dragged me through it all. Huge thanks, Catherine !
The video was entirely filmed in my (home) studio using nothing but a webcam. Sorry for acting like an idiot
